Very Easy Devil's Cheesecake Ice Cream Recipe
- 6 oz vanilla yogurt
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz whipped topping
- 1 can far free condensed milk
- 1-1/3 cups devil's food cake mix
- 1/3 cup sugar
In a large bowl or in a stand mixer, combine yogurt, cream cheese, and whipped topping. Mix until cream cheese is no longer lumpy.
Add in condensed milk, mix 1-2 longer
Add dry cake mix and sugar. Mix for 3-4 min more.
Turn on the ice cream maker and pour the mixture into the frozen freezer bowl and let mix until thickened, about 20 minutes (Or place in an airtight container and chill in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.).
The ice cream will have a soft, creamy texture. If a firmer consistency is desired, transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and place in freezer for about 2 hours.
Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving.
